A bill will be introduced at Monday night's Jefferson City Council meeting dealing with the site for a new St. Mary's Health Center.
It authorizes a contract to purchase just more than 8 acres of right-of-way from the Heimrichs Farm for $243,900.
The property is needed to construct the roadway extension known as Mission Drive for the new Missouri 179 interchange to the new hospital.
