The library, especially the Teen Zone at Jefferson City's Missouri River Regional Library, is the place to be.

The Teen Zone recently moved into larger quarters at MRRL as the program has flourished and outgrown the old space. Courtney Waters, teen librarian, said that is a good problem to have.

“This seems to be the place to be,” she said. “The teens are here by their choice, and many are regulars.”
