Coming into today’s 1:30 p.m. contest, the Gorillas are perfect against the Blue Tigers, having won all 21 previous meetings between the schools.

Pittsburg State is 11-0 at home against Lincoln, and the Gorillas are 8-0 at Jason Gym. The teams have met twice at neutral sites, with the Gorillas winning both.

And the games have not been close, as Pittsburg State has won 19 of the 21 meetings by double digits. That includes this season’s previous meeting, as the Gorillas beat the Blue Tigers 70-60 on Jan. 5 at Pittsburg.
