Jays grapplers beat Rock Bridge
Tuesday, February 8, 2011
COLUMBIA — The Jefferson City Jays wrapped up an undefeated dual season Monday with a victory over the Rock Bridge Bruins.
The 45-24 decision gave the Jays a 7-0 record in duals, their first unbeaten campaign since 2002-2003.
“We’re always happy with a win,” Jays coach Phil Cagle said. “Can we get better? Yes. And with districts just around the corner, we need to have a three good days of practice to be ready to be our best.”
