Tours to resume at former prison site

The Missouri State Penitentiary will reopen for public tours March 1.

A ribbon-cutting in front of A Hall/Housing Unit 4 will be at 11 a.m. followed by a short welcome ceremony. A reception and tours of A Hall will follow.
