In a final judging Monday evening, one city-wide winner was chosen for each of the five categories of the 26th Annual Home Decorating Contest
sponsored by the News Tribune, Jefferson City Parks and Recreation Department, Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce and Cottonstone Gallery and Frame Shop.
The five Mayor's Award winners are:
