Dear Editor:
What in the world did the City Council members think would happen when they allowed tattoo establishments into the city, especially in the downtown area?
On the radio some were trying to make this disgusting activity funny, but there was nothing about what went on, funny. My mom and dad always taught us kids that if you play with fire, you will get burned sooner or later.
Is this the beginning of the real decline in our city? I hope not.
