Lady Jays slip past Lady Crusaders, 68-65

For a half, the Helias Lady Crusaders got what they wanted. For a half, the Jefferson City Lady Jays got what they wanted.

It made sense Thursday night’s game at Rackers Fieldhouse went down to the last shot.

“This was the type of game that will test you and we were tested,” Jefferson City coach Shane Meyer said after the Lady Jays topped the Lady Crusaders 68-65. “Fortunately, we came out on top.”
