Lincoln women upend Central Missouri

WARRENSBURG, Mo. — It was a tale of two halves for the Lincoln women’s basketball team Wednesday night.

Fortunately for the Blue Tigers, the first half was so good it didn’t matter.

Lincoln led by 27 at one point in the second half, then lost its advantage entirely before posting a 57-53 win Wednesday night over 22nd-ranked Central Missouri.

The Lincoln men were not as fortunate Wednesday night as the Blue Tigers dropped an 85-65 decision to the Mules.

Lincoln (1-7, 1-3 MIAA) fell behind 37-28 at halftime and never recovered.
