It went about as well as the Jefferson City Jays could expect, while the final result wasn’t totally unexpected for the Helias Crusaders.
The Jays posted their largest margin of victory ever in the wrestling crosstown showdown Wednesday night with a 67-6 win over the Crusaders at Rackers Fieldhouse.
The Jays won all 10 contested matches from the Crusaders, including five by fall.
