Whatever happend to common maintenance?
Paint the equipment and buildings, Repair the cracked sidewalks, broken picnic tables and playground equipment. Mow the weeds, Get rid of the moles. Plant grass seed where there is mud. Trim the brush. Clean up the goose droppings. Replant all the dead trees.
Don't build anything new until you can start maintaining the existing stuff.
