The ups and downs continued Friday night for the Helias Crusaders.

The up of a dual win over Oakville was followed by a down of a disappointing loss to Rock Bridge for the Crusaders on the opening night of the Missouri Duals at Rackers Fieldhouse.

With five duals still on the slate Saturday, Helias coach Travis Reinsch would like the rollercoaster ride to end.
