Molly 104, Moles 1. Molly is not the latest tool or trick used by an area landscaping company; she is Dan and Susan Reed's beloved dog.
Molly showed up in the Reeds' backyard on Sept. 20, 2010. Dan said he felt bad for the dog, who was "so, so hungry." They fed her, and when no one claimed her two weeks later, they decided to keep her.
Every day since Molly came into his life, Dan has walked her three times a day. In January, their walks took a different slant when Molly began catching moles in the neighborhood, along their walking path near their Allen Drive home.
