JC woman charged with stealing lottery tickets

A Jefferson City woman has been accused of stealing thousands of dollars of lottery tickets from September through October.

Amanda Hoelscher, 28, 2306 Bluebird, is charged with one count of felony stealing.

A Jefferson City Police Department probable cause statement shows Hoelscher was working at Bee Line Snack Shops, 2205 Southridge, at the time of the thefts.

She is believed to have stolen approximately $13,340 of Missouri Lottery scratch-off tickets.
