Helias opens wrestling season

Travis Reinsch was effusive in his praise for the work ethic the Helias Crusaders’ wrestling team showed in preseason workouts.

The praise continued Friday night after Helias opened the season with a 55-21 loss to Warrensburg in the Helias Gym.

“I was very pleased with our performance,” Reinsch said. “We wrestled to our ability at this point and that’s all I can ask from the boys.”

The Crusaders won four matches Friday night, three by fall.
