Fire Department to take part in child safety seat training

The Jefferson City Fire Department is planning to take part in child safety seat training provided by the Missouri Department of Transportation.

At the Public Safety Committee meeting Thursday, Fire Chief Bob Rennick said all firefighters would be trained in the proper procedures, which could then be relayed to the public.
