4th victim identified in fatal helicopter crash

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - A northwest Missouri woman is identified as the 58-year-old patient aboard a medical helicopter flight that crashed into a field northeast of Kansas City, killing four.

Clay County officials identified her as Terry Tacoronte from McFall, Mo. Her obituary at a Sedalia funeral home says she died Friday night in a helicopter crash during medical transfer.

Tacoronte was aboard a medical helicopter that picked her up in Bethany and was taking her to a hospital in the Kansas City suburb of Liberty.

All three crew members also were killed in the crash around 7 p.m. Friday 10 miles north of Liberty.

Transportation officials have said the pilot reported being low on fuel, but they added it's too early to conclude what caused the crash.
