Holts Summit sets towing fee

If a vehicle is towed in Holts Summit, the owner will now have to pay a $25 processing fee.

The city’s Board of Aldermen approved on Monday an addition to city ordinance, requiring the new fee in an effort to recoup some of the man-hour and fuel costs associated with towing.
