Defendant put on probation for burglary

Cole County Presiding Judge Pat Joyce recently placed a Jefferson City man on five years supervised probation, per an agreement with the county prosecutor’s office.

Alexander Hutson, 18, 2204 Parks Edge Place, must also serve a 60-day shock detention sentence, with credit for time served, for pleading guilty to a July charge of first-degree burglary.
