Cole County Presiding Circuit Judge Patricia Joyce will meet Tuesday morning with attorneys in the Alyssa Bustamante case.
Bustamante, now 17, is scheduled to go to trial next month on first-degree murder and armed criminal action charges, in the Oct. 21, 2009, killing of neighbor Elizabeth Olten, 9.
In a motion filed Tuesday and made public Thursday, Bustamante's attorneys asked Joyce to "call up all pending motions for hearing and ruling" on Tuesday.
