Mo. AG creates animal cruelty prevention website

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - Missouri's attorney general has developed a Web page to take reports of animal cruelty and substandard breeders or care facilities.

The page on Attorney General Chris Koster's website has information about Missouri's laws on animal care and breeding. It also lists frequently asked questions and answers on such topics as how to find out if a care facility is licensed.
