Police investigate death of man found in vehicle

An autopsy has been ordered to determine the official cause of death of a man whose body was found in a vehicle Thursday in Jefferson City.

According to police reports, officers were called to Wears Creek in the rear of the Washington Park Ice Arena on Kansas Street around 8:15 a.m.

Upon arrival, officers found a gold colored Mazda Tribute partially submerged in the creek.

The driver, Bradley Hall, 46, Jefferson City, was still in the vehicle, but lying across the center console into the passenger floor board area.

The driver's medical history is suspected as a possible cause of death prior to the vehicle going off the road.
