SAUGET, Ill. — It wasn’t as impressive as his previous trip to the mound, but Andrew Moss was still sharp Tuesday night.
Moss, the former Lincoln Blue Tiger, followed up his no-hitter over Lake Erie with seven scoreless innings of work against the Gateway Grizzlies in an 8-3 win for the Joliet Slammers.
Moss threw two hitless innings against Gateway before his bid for another no-no was broken up in the third.
