Following an election with all the spark and flash of a midsummer lightning storm, 4th District Missouri Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler emerged as the new representative in an area bursting with a military presence.

“My father began his military career while participating in the ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps program) as a student at MU,” said Hartzler.

According to the congresswoman, her father continued his military service by completing a six-year enlistment with the Army Reserve.
