Helias girls come back to beat Moberly

MOBERLY, Mo. - The Helias Lady Crusaders scored a pair of second-half goals to upset the Moberly Lady Spartans 2-1 on Tuesday night.

Moberly, ranked ninth in Class 2, scored the only goal of the first half to lead 1-0 at the break.

But Helias rallied with goals by Kaitlin Brauner and Lexi Melcher to get the win.

The Lady Crusaders, who are now 7-5, will host Sedalia Smith-Cotton at 6:45 p.m. today.

In Tuesday's JV game, Helias notched a 3-0 victory.
