Incoming Jefferson City officials take oath of office

It was out with the old and in with the new Monday night at the Jefferson City Council meetings.

Mayor Eric Struemph, City Prosecutor Brian Stumpe, Judge Cotton Walker and five city council members were sworn in between two council meetings, marking the start of the new council session.
