Helias didn’t need any extra time. The Jefferson City Lady Jays could’ve used some.

With a perfect play off a corner kick nine minutes into the game, the Lady Crusaders started the Capital City Invitational on the right foot Monday night and hold on for a 1-0 win over the Lady Jays at the 179 Soccer Park.
