The trial date in the Alyssa Bustamante case has been moved back.
According to court records, Cole County Presiding Judge Pat Joyce continued the case to Sept. 13.
This after prosecutors argued against the move.
June 1 had been the date for jurors to start being selected.
The jury will still come from Greene County and be brought up to Cole County to hear the case.
It's believed the trial could last up to ten days.
Bustamante is charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the killing of nine-year-old Elizabeth Olten in Oct. 2009.
