As the old saying goes, if you want to know the measure of a man, simply count his friends.
Jefferson City had the chance to find out just what the measure of Mayor John Landwehr is on Saturday night.
Surrounded by friends, family and coworkers, Landwehr was the guest of honor at a dinner and roast hosted at Immaculate Conception Parish by the Jefferson City Kiwanis to benefit the Court Appointed Special Advocates.
The program provides personal advocates for abused and neglected children to keep them from getting lost in the legal and social service system.
