Jays, Lady Jays wrap up Missouri Relays

COLUMBIA, Mo. — The Jefferson City Jays captured four individual titles Saturday as they wrapped up action in the Missouri Relays.

Elijah Sherwood was a double-winner for the Jays, taking the title in the 100- and 200-meter dashes.

AJ Miller captured the crown in the 110 hurdles, while the 4x100 relay team of John Dement, Jerrell Faulkner, Joel Ridenhour and Chris Sutton took first.

On the girls side, the Lady Jays set a meet record in the distance medley relay.
