NEW BLOOMFIELD, Mo. -- Thomas C. Baugh has been hired to become the interim superintendent of the New Bloomfield R-3 School District.
Leroy Wade, president of the school board, said Tuesday that the school board during its two-hour executive session Thursday "placed (Superintendent Chris) Small on paid administrative leave to deal with personnel matters."
