Kelsi Poe's family expects that, any day now, she'll begin physical therapy at the Rusk Rehabilitation Center.
Kelsi, 19, is the Columbia College sophomore who fell 10-15 feet on Sept. 4 from an inside stairway of a downtown Columbia bar, landing head-first on a concrete floor, breaking a number of bones and suffering serious internal injuries.
