Absentee voting applications accepted

Applications are now being accepted for absentee voting through Nov. 1 for those wishing to vote in the Cole County clerk's office.

Those who would like to make application for a family member in the military, college or confined to the home due to illness or physical disability should do so, as soon as possible, so the ballots have ample time to get to the clerk's office by Nov. 2.
