Council of Blind chapter to meet Nov. 18

The Capitol City Council of the Blind, chartered as an affiliate of the Missouri Council of the Blind, meets monthly, with the next meeting scheduled for 1 p.m. Nov. 18 at Missouri River Regional Library in Jefferson City.

The purpose of the Missouri Council of the Blind is to promote the general well-being of its members and legally blind people in Missouri and to support or participate in other programs promoting the best interests of legally blind people everywhere.
