The Cole County circuit clerk said the circuit court will begin accepting credit and debit card payments for court costs, fines, parking tickets that are issued by the Capital Police, treatment program fees and bond forfeitures that are either presented in person at the county courthouse or by calling 573-634-9173 during normal business hours.
The circuit court will accept Visa and MasterCard debit cards. The court will also accept Discover, American Express and Master Card credit cards. No Visa credit cards will be accepted.
A processing fee will be charged by the provider for this service which will be included in your payment transaction. There will be a $1 convenience fee charged for any transaction processed under $50 and a 2.75 percent convenience fee charged for any transaction processed more than $50.
