Holts Summit is out, and St. Martins is in.
At Wednesday afternoon's meeting of the board of directors for the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, St. Martins was voted into the rotating small cities seat for a two-year term, set to expire in November 2012.
But the decision did not come without some protest, with Holts Summit City Administrator Brian Crane leading the outcry.
