Jefferson City defeats Rock Bridge on penalty kicks

It came up seven again for the Jefferson City Jays.

"It's a roll of the dice when you go to PKs," Jays coach Eddie Horn said after the Jays captured their second consecutive win in the extra round with a 3-2 victory Tuesday night over the Rock Bridge Bruins at the 179 Soccer Park.
