A change to the hours that body art studios can be open on the weekends might not be the only change that comes out of Monday night's Jefferson City Council meeting.
At Friday afternoon's brown bag meeting of the council, 5th Ward Councilman Dave Griffith suggested that if the council is going to look at altering the ordinance that allows tattoo parlors in Jefferson City, it should also look at imposing a liability insurance requirement.
