The second Forget Me Not Gala to benefit the Central Missouri Foster Care and Adoption Association will be held from 6-8 p.m. Nov. 18 at Capitol Plaza Hotel in Jefferson City.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
The event will feature keynote speaker Michelle Moe, a motivational speaker and former massage therapist for the Kansas City Chiefs.
A foster child now in college also will speak to the crowd.
There will be a silent auction, and a three-course dinner that includes a variety of options.
Tickets cost $35 per person or $60 per couple. Tickets can be purchased at www.ccfosteradopt.com, by calling 573-298-0258 or at the Foster and Adoption Resource Center at 1119 Jefferson St.
The organization is still looking for event sponsors and silent auction donations.
