Mid-Missouri man dies at St. Louis airport

ST. LOUIS (AP) - A 63-year-old man died inside the main terminal at Lambert International Airport in St. Louis.

Airport officials said Jimmy R. Mumley of Eugene collapsed near a ticket counter Saturday evening. Airport spokesman Jeff Lea said bystanders tried to perform CPR on Mumley before emergency crews arrived.

Mumley was pronounced dead at an area hospital at about 6 p.m. Saturday. His wife, Gwendolyn Mumley, said he died of a heart attack.
