Codio leads Jets past Blue Tiger women

The Lincoln women’s basketball team knew it would have to shadow Newman’s Rhea Codio, but keeping up with the senior guard proved a tough task Saturday night at Jason Gym.

Codio drilled 6-of-8 3-pointers on her way to 20 first-half points, and the Jets jumped out to a lead they would never relinquish in an 84-74 win over the Blue Tigers.
