Sentence stands as Olten Jr. loses appeal

Dale Olten Jr. received the proper sentence for his burglary conviction, the state appeals court ruled this week, so he’s not entitled to a different sentence.

Olten, now 22, is serving a 7-year sentence at Missouri’s Farmington Correctional Center, for three Cole County convictions.
