Man arrested after grousing about prostitutes

COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) — A Missouri man has been arrested after asking police to help him get money back from two prostitutes.

The Columbia DailyTribune reported Tuesday that 19-year-old Ryan M. McNames told police that he offered two women $60 for one to show him her chest and the other to perform oral sex on him.

Columbia police spokeswoman Jessie Haden says the women left with the money even though no oral sex was performed. McNames told police Saturday he wanted at least $40 returned.

McNames was arrested on suspicion of patronizing prostitution and released from jail after posting a $500 bond.

This is sad. I know the young guy and he has not had an easy life and he has a few learning disabilities. I guess we all learn the hard way.

Nice to see that all crime in Columbia has now been solved and stopped. Now they have time for the real criminals instead of those minor beatings, armed robberies, and murders.

Beatings wasn’t the word I wanted to use but the cuss filter didn’t like the word as it thought it was bad. WOW Mr. Editor get a decent cuss filter as you can’t even use English on this site anymore.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We know it's not fixed yet. The underlying cause of putting shields up that still need substantial modification is because we were under heavy spammer pummeling. So if you'll bear with us while we get the bugs worked out, you'll at least (hopefully) be spared hundreds of shopping spams in the interim. --Rick Brown, online editor, News Tribune
