Set for Shootout: Five area teams to play today

The inaugural Missouri National Guard Shootout tips off at noon today at Fleming Fieldhouse in Jefferson City.

Five area teams -- St. Elizabeth, Russellville, California, Hermann and Fatima -- will take on other Missouri squads in the one-day event.

Meanwhile, action in the boys Mike Kehoe Great 8 Classic and the girls State Farm Holiday Hoops Invitational will be held Tuesday through Thursday.
