Faulty water meters shorting Holts Summit sewer fee collections

The Holts Summit Board of Aldermen learned Monday night the city might be losing 10 percent or more of its sewer tax revenue because of faulty meters used by Callaway County Water District No. 1.

Alderwoman Pamela Murray learned about the faulty meters when she attended a recent meeting of the board of directors of Water District No. 1.
