Governor ponders tax credit, tax issues

Gov. Jay Nixon is “confident” he’ll “be able to work with this (new) Legislature ... to craft a budget that reflects the priorities of this state.”

At a Capitol news conference last week, Nixon reminded reporters those priorities include getting more jobs for Missourians and improving the state’s economy.
