When William Woods junior Jessica Bargate speaks, people have a hard time placing where she is from.
Now living in Jefferson City, Bargate is a native of South Africa. Her thick accent accentuates every word she speaks.
“What struck us about Jefferson City is that everyone is so polite and willing to help,” Bargate said.
