Jefferson City Council to consider tattoo restrictions
Sunday, December 5, 2010
The issue of restricting tattoo parlors in the Jefferson City downtown area may have been voted down by the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission, but that does not mean the City Council will not talk about it at its next meeting Monday night.
During the council’s brown bag meeting Friday afternoon to discuss the agenda for Monday night’s meeting, members discussed an introduced bill that would determine in which zones in the city tattoo and piercing studios can set up shop.

Will the John Landwehr Convention Center when it is completed have a tattoo parlor? Visitors might want to take home a souvenir from the City.

Doubtful. Probably won't have digital signs either. Jake brakes will not be allowed anywhere near it. You won't be able to get to it from any kind of chauffeur service. Smile, your City Council is looking out for you.
