The Dream Factory is granting Grayson's wish after learning about him from a newspaper article after the youngster was diagnosed with leukemia in April 2009.
In January 2009, Grayson became ill, complained about sore legs and had unexplainable bruises. Months later, he was diagnosed with leukemia and has since undergone chemotherapy treatments that will continue monthly until July 2012.
In June, the Smith family was contacted and asked what Grayson's dream was. Now they are ready to head out on Grayson's dream of a nearly weeklong trip to Florida and visits to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.
