JCTV action plan
At a JCTV steering committee meeting Aug. 31, a new action plan for the station was laid out that included providing quarterly reports to the City Council on operations and the budget situation, as well as Lincoln University's contributions in terms of programming, student labor, equipment and facility maintenance.
